• Innerwear, socks, or other hygiene-sensitive products

• Items returned after the 7-day window

Exchange Option

We offer size or style exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.

To request an exchange:

3. Once approved, ship the item back to us.

4. We’ll send the replacement after we receive and inspect the return.
