You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled at no charge if the request is made before the order has shipped. This typically applies within 24 hours of placing the order, as we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Instead, you may return the item(s) after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Pre-Orders or Custom Orders: Pre-orders or custom-made products (e.g., personalized Aura flight control systems) may have specific cancellation terms. These will be noted at the time of purchase. Generally, pre-orders can be canceled before production begins, but a 10% cancellation fee may apply.

Gift Cards: If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.
